Admissions

For questions about our services provided or our facility, please contact Amy Swartley, RN, Director of Admissions at 610-862-0643.  Please have the hospital contact us directly to make a referral for a patient.  After we have received the referral, Amy will review the clinical information to make sure he/she is appropriate for our facility and/or send out a representative from our company to evaluate him/her clinically.

Admissions for all three of our buildings are centralized through Amy.  This allows for more bed availability, so please specify which facility you are interested in.  If there is no bed available at the requested facility we are able to accept the patient at another location and then transfer him/her to the requested facility when a bed becomes available.  Our facilities are available for a tour any day of the week.  Please feel free to stop by or contact Amy to make arrangements.

We are willing to negotiate with insurance companies that we are not contracted with.
