Since 1985, Fox Subacute Centers have focused on the total person, utilizing a trained medical/rehabilitation team of professionals working together to provide the highest level of quality care. Each patient and family is part of a skilled interdisciplinary team that includes: nurses, physicians, dieticians, long term respiratory care, long term post acute care, physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapists, as well as social services and case managers. Medical management of the patient is addressed aggressively, while the quality of life and the spiritual-psycho-social component of the individual are considered priorities.

Program design is two-fold: a quality healthcare delivery model offering aggressive medical management and a financially responsible approach.
