All Fox Subacute facilities are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Fox Subacute at Clara Burke in Plymouth Meeting, PA and Fox Subacute Center in Warrington, PA have both been accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

The commission has surveyed our organization and found it to meet the requirements for accreditation.
