On April 23,2008, Fox Subacute Management, Inc. completed its acquisition of the Seidle Memorial Hospital building in Mechanicsburg from Pinnacle Health System. Successful weaning from ventilator dependence and pulmonary rehabilitation have been cornerstones of its programing. Fox Subacute plans to open a ventilator care facility at the Seidle Memorial site similar to its facilities in Plymouth Meeting and Warrington. The complex already contains an outpatient dialysis clinic operated by Dialysis Corporation of America and Pinnacle's Firstplace Health Care, an urgent care facility. Fox Subacute's plans include development of the Seidle site into a multidisciplinary health care center to serve Mechanicsburg and the surrounding community.

Fox Subacute at Warrington has broken ground on a 3.2 million dollar renovation and expansion project. Our project remains on target for completion this summer to accomodate 14 more ventilator patients.
