Short Term Patient Care at Fox Subacute
Fox Subacute offers ventilator and trach dependent short term nursing, respiratory, and rehabilitation services to patients who are transitioning out of the hospital back to home life. After an accident, injury, incident, or major operation, it is not uncommon for to need short term patient care. Short term patient care is designed to help our residents regain the strength they need to return to independent living and to help promote faster recovery. Services include:
